Went to walk around at Joo Chiat road hunting for food with Guishan and little nbz. Its quite interesting the building, food and night spots!

So we walk down the road..that day was fcking hot, we wear sweating like pigs

We passed by this quiant little Vietnamese eatery...quite empty..but its pretty nice and since we were so fuggin hungry we just did it.
Bún bò Huế , its a form of Beef Noodle Soup
Hu Tieu Nam Vang a type of Pork noodle soup
Both are quite similiar but there is miniscule difference in the soup taste, of course meat is different also...both soup is very tasty packed with refreshing indo china taste. The meat also is pretty well cooked, not much seasoning just taste the meat itself.
This one we really cannot stomach. Gỏi Cuốn or Spring Roll vietnamese style. Everything inside is cold, and although the things all was fresh, it probably tastes too "raw" for singaporeans taste. There was also this powerful mentha sort of herb. Once bite into it the smell all engulfs the taste buds. We didnt finish it.
This is dam nice though..Chả Giò, its a form of Minced Pork Roll, super crispy and the pork has nice texture to it. The sauce it came with also contrast well and somehow complement the taste of the pork and skin of the roll...superb!
Then walk walk walk. This is quite famous, many shops buy from here and resell.

Then i walk walk to Dbun to buy some snacks...its a little bakery, quite quiet but i heard alot about it. Bought mini char siew bao and tapioca durian pastry. DAM GOOD MAN.

The Tapioca Durian pastry, the durian paste is fantastic, the tapioca is also just nice texture.
Little char siew buns...its nice with a small problem, its so small u eat eat eat till finish u also dunno.
