Craps..1am but i cannot sleep. Stupid night, stupid brain, stupid body...either one of them is the culprit for sleepless nights. Fckin tired but cannot go to sleep. I am drinking milk and eating a slice of bread now, hopefully it helps. Dun recommend alcohol, drink liao cannot wake up.
