Just got home...wah tired from the course but it was really a new experience and eye opening. Class was from 5pm-10pm. Made 4 different coffees today. Caffe Latte, Cappaccino, Caffe Mocha, Caramel Macchiato. Only remember clearly Caffe Latte and Cappaccino recipe and steps. Cafe Mocha and Caramel Macchiato still abit blur. Our facilitator Yvonne was great and patient. Steaming milk was fun lol. Tml going for typhoid jab and monday will start instore training. haha
Dunno what time i am going to sleep today. Drank 3cups of coffee during the 5hours. lol
